      Hello Matt, hope all is well. Looks like we should have used “E” instead of “e” as the tubing is seamless and PG-27.4 Note 1. If your using 2007 ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code it will be the top left of page 11. “E = 1.0 seamless cylinders without openings spaced to form ligaments”.
