Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Process Operators on a permanent basis to be a part of our Process Relief Pool at the Co-op Refinery Complex.

This position requires on-site shift work (12-hour day and night shifts) and is based in Regina, SK.

We operate a world-class refinery that utilizes cutting-edge technology to produce 130,000 barrels of refined petroleum products per day and an annual production capacity of 6.8 billion liters. What you’ll do:

You will effectively carry out operating and related duties on shift work as well as a variety of semi-skilled maintenance responsibilities involving semi-heavy physical work.
Work schedules will involve both shift and day work programs. These may not be scheduled consecutively as the individuals will be required to work out of the Relief Pool.
Other duties as required.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

You have a minimum of Grade 12, part A and B course content from an approved 4th class Power Engineering education program and part A and B interprovincial exams.
You must have superior mechanical aptitude, be physically fit with demonstrated ability to perform semi-heavy physical work and have personality traits to be able to adapt to shift work with an operating crew.
You must be available to complete the training program.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others and a team-oriented workplace.
