Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities and Daily Duties (Daily Duties including but not limited to the following):

Ensure Production Machines and Packaging Machines are working good and safely.
Monitor and maintain general building system.
Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
Schedule and complete the “preventative maintenance”
Coordinated with and assisted in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
Undertaking all Maintenance SOPs are followed
Responsible for reporting on food safety and quality issues
Coordinated special project
Order parts and maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
Adhere to Work Safety standards set by the company while maintaining a safety work environment.
Adhere to HACCP, SQF, CFIA and other Quality systems and standards set by the company while maintaining a food safe work environment.
Ensure comply with Work Safety environment to provide to department member
Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues
Knowledge and required

PLC control, Pneumatic, Air cylinders, Air valves, Electric wiring, Motors, Pumps, Gear boxes, Speed reducer, change pulley, change belt, Change bearings, Plumbing, Soldering pipes, Basic welding
Power engineering class 4, or class 5
Ability to Coordinate with outside contractors
Flexible schedule: able to work with productions’ needs, be able to on call during for emergency repair.
Morning shift working hours are from 6:30am, required to work during weekends.
Exceptional management, organizational and communication skills
· High degree of problem-solving skills; root cause analysis

· Critical thinking; use of decision trees analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
