The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is recruiting for a Building Maintenance Supervisor with maintenance management experience located at the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre.
This position is responsible for:
The overall physical maintenance of the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre;
Planning, supervising and controlling all service functions as they relate to equipment and security systems of the main centre;
Providing responsible leadership for the staffing, supervision and management of staff and other resources for all maintenance services and projects;
Administering and managing all projects and special projects from the design phase and cost-benefit analysis to implementation and evaluation;
Providing support and advice to the Director of the Centre and SaskBuilds management team on the impacts of maintenance issues on budget, security and programs; and
Managing water treatment and wastewater systems.
To qualify for this position, the candidate will hold a 5th Class Power Engineer’s Certificate. You will also hold or be eligible to obtain Water / Waste Water Class 1. You will be available to work weekends and be on call.

Hours of Work: C – SGEU Regulated 37.33 – one day off every three weeks
