Main Shift Engineer (Utility Operator)

We are currently seeking a Main Shift Engineer (Utility Operator) to support our Fort Saskatchewan team at Heartland Sulphur LP.

Molten sulphur degassing and H2S caustic scrubbing
Fire tube and Water tube Boiler Operations
Front end Loader, Skidsteer, Railcar Mover, and manlift
Considerations for the successful candidate will include:

3-5 years’ experience in plant and boiler operations
Class 3 or 4 Power Engineering ticket is required
Well versed in ABSA regulation
Prior Panel Operations considered an asset
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Willing to learn on the job
Ability to work and get along with all co-workers
Communicate effectively with people verbally and written
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability work independently
Physical capability to perform the job duties
Sulphur Experience is an asset
