Origin Organic Farms is looking for a Full time Class 5 Boiler Engineers to perform the Boiler operations in Delta and Langley.
Job description
– Report to the Maintenance Manager, carry out maintenance service and provide technical support to other departments
-Troubleshoot and maintain all greenhouse and building facilities, packhouse and greenhouse equipment
– Operate, troubleshoot and maintain tractor and forklift,
– Perform preventative maintenance
– Using hand and power tools and welding equipment
Qualification
– Solid experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery and equipment
– Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and PLC control system
– Must have good working knowledge of, but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, PLC, and bearing, etc.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction and procedure manuals.
– Work independently with limited supervision
– Flexible work schedule
– Class 5 power engineering certificate
– Excellent communication skills
