Responsibilities

As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting the Maintenance Manager in planning and directing the maintenance of the hotel
Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
Managing maintenance staff and coordinating work schedules
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Performing hands-on maintenance tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of Class 5 Power Engineering Certificate
4 years of experience in hotel or facilities maintenance
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
