Key Responsibilities
This position is essential in the growth of the Process and Power Engineering program as well as Steam Lab extension programs. It is a critical component in Lakeland College’s endeavor to become a Centre of Excellence for Energy training. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for coordination of operations, maintenance, and turnaround required to obtain and maintain government approval, maintain curriculum standards, and ensure an excellent experience for Lakeland College students.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate with three years’ experience
Strong public relation and organizational skills
Experience managing teams of 15 or more would be an asset
Additional Information
This is a Full-time Permanent AUPE appointment at the Lloydminster campus commencing January 7, 2025. The current salary range is $63,374 to $79,867 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan.
