    I see you added the 3 mm thickness for the manhole, but I’m wondering why because PG-29.3 states “when a head dished to a segment of a sphere has a flanged-in manhole or access opening that exceeds 150mm in any dimension, the thickness shall be increased by not less than 15% of the required thickness… but in no case less than 3mm”. But this manhole is only 127 mm in diameter so doesn’t that mean there is no need to add thickness for the manhole?

  2. You have used wrong formulae at the end coz question says “full hemispherical head whereas you used formulae 5PL/4.8Sw and this formulae is used for dished head.
