This week we achieved an exciting milestone in the short life of Power Engineering 101, in that it reached the ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND page views mark, measured since launch day back in August 5, 2015.
The exponential growth beginning to unfold is truly surprising. It was just three weeks ago on April 2, 2016, I posted The Journey Of Power Engineering 101 Thus Far where it had taken us 35 weeks to reach 86,929 page views, now 3 weeks later we have amassed an additional 20,233 page views for a grand total of 107,162.
Some additional interesting figures is Power Engineering 101 has been around for nearly nine months and the Google Analytics stats page above says there might be about 100 regular readers a day and 578 email subscribers. Altogether, about 12,250 unique people have visited the site at one time or another. They’ve made 22,493 visits at an average of nearly 2.5 minutes each visit, meaning on average, 3.6 hours of reading have been done each day.
Now I realize this is a Power Engineering website, so don’t worry, I’m not going to write a post like this for every hundred thousand page views. But today I thought it would be worthwhile to share the milestone and provide a behind the scenes look of your Top 10 favourite and least favourite posts on Power Engineering 101.
Let me know in the comments what has been your favourite post so far.
